Nat King Cole納京高這個名字代表的不僅僅是一個傳奇，更可以說是貫穿了20世紀中葉至今的音樂世界，他留給後世的人們太多太多經典，也在音樂與文化的領域形塑了標竿，時至今日依然是許多音樂人的崇仰對象；2021年聖誕節，已然仙逝的Nat King Cole將以意想不到的音樂方式回歸。
本名Nathaniel Adams Coles的Nat King Cole，在1965年過世，雖然年僅45歲，但是他卻給後世留下無數音樂遺產，除了榮獲葛萊美終身成就獎之外，還被奉入搖滾名人堂、爵士名人堂、阿拉巴馬音樂名人堂，可說他的身影是樂壇中不朽傳奇。距離Nat King Cole過世已56年、超過半個世紀，但是包含萬世名曲“Unforgettable”等作品在內，Nat King Cole的歌曲至今仍不斷地被傳唱。2021年，在唱片公司與Nat King Cole的音樂遺產版權人協調之下，找來了當代眾多音樂巨星共襄盛舉，以跨越時空的數位錄音方式、新舊結合，把Nat King Cole往昔所灌錄過的經典聖誕歌曲，搭配上當代音樂人的歌喉，形成了奇蹟般地共同演出，發行為此張【A Sentimental Christmas with Nat King Cole and Friends: Cole Classics Re-imagined】。
【A Sentimental Christmas with Nat King Cole and Friends: Cole Classics Re-imagined】共有11首曲目，請來了靈魂天王John Legend、艾美獎東尼獎雙重榮耀肯定全方位女星Kristin Chenoweth、英國新生代情歌王子Calum Scott、拉丁天后Gloria Estefan以及不朽情歌天王Johnny Mathis等人，進行重新編曲，接著再以頂級規格的數位錄音方式，將巨星們的演唱部分，完美融入到“Deck the Hall/Joy to the World”、“The Very Thought of You”、“O Holy Night”、“A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square”、“The Christmas Song”等作品之中，跨越了時間、跨越了空間，打造出這張絕無僅有的完美聖誕專輯，再次呈現出Nat King Cole令人陶醉的歌聲、以及眾多巨星為輔的音樂交織中，瀰漫出有別於眾的憂憂聖誕氣息，形成了一張不朽的經典作品。
